These are individual courses which give you the flexibility of starting at a time which suits both of us. Unless other arrangements are made, the course material will be emailed to you and you will email your work for review. If you are not sure about emailing images, help is available as part of the course.
Photography Courses cover the same information as is covered in the classes.
Photoshop courses are only available online so you learn on your computer with the version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements that you own.
Please contact Gallery One before making an enrolment to ensure the times will be suitable for both of us. I do enjoy travelling (with my camera of course) and sometimes I may be away.
$150 The lessons will include colour photographs and will be sent as pdf files so they are not too big for downloading if you have a dial up connection.
How the Online Courses Work
You can choose to have your lessons sent weekly or fortnightly depending on your other commitments. If you find the pace too slow or too fast, you can change to the other option if you wish.
You will receive detailed notes. With each lesson there will be one or more assignments based on the information in the lesson to help develop your understanding of the topics that are covered.
Assignments and sometimes questions will be due two or three weeks after the notes have been sent. This depends whether you choose the weekly or fortnightly option.
You will receive feedback on all the work you submit.
I am available to answer any questions you may have either by email or phone.
I loved your online Photoshop Elements Level 1 course. It opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of creating better and more interesting photos. I enjoyed learning the material and doing the homework in my own time and at my own pace. For a photoshop novice like me it wasn’t all a walk in the park. I found some of the course work quite challenging and if it weren’t for the easy to follow instructions and helpful feedback from Trish I may have struggled to finish. I learned much more than I expected and will hopefully be able to put this new knowledge to good use. Thank you very, very much! – Els 2016
